Expanding the Role of the Art Gallery as an adaptive structure

At PLUS-ONE Projects we operate beyond the conventions of the traditional gallery model.

We believe that the definition of a gallery must dynamically evolve in step with the changing world - where the ways we engage with art, consume, collect or integrate it into our lives - are being redefined.

Our practice extends into Art advisory, Mentoring, Production, Curated exhibitions in our permanent gallery art space, Site-specific art integrations and Project-based collaborations, working with a wide network of artists, galleries, collectors, institutions, brands, businesses and everything in between to get the project done.

We’re here not just to represent artists, but to manage and create, practice and project based, meaningful connections between art and people. we see ourselves as partners in dialogue, co-developers of ideas, and facilitators of encounters that allow artistic practices to resonate in new ways.

Every collaboration is tailor-made, whether it’s for long-term career growth or pre-defined support when artists need professional guidance at a specific stage in their practice.

Our approach dynamically blends the expertise of a gallerist, the insight of a talent agent, and the vision and hands-on mentality of a producer, enabling us to navigate fluidly between presentation, collaboration, and creation.

Our hybrid model fosters meaningful engagement with artistic voices both within and beyond our structural program, forming a responsive framework that reflects the evolving landscape of contemporary and digital culture.

PLUS-ONE Projects is inherently collaborative. We work across disciplines and across borders, connecting with other galleries, institutions, curators, and collectors to realise ambitious, dynamic initiatives.

These projects go beyond traditional representation and include curated exhibitions, commissions, cross-sector collaborations and interventions at our permanent gallery art space, with a growing attention for the intersection of art, technology and innovation.

Art advisory

Personal, Collaborative, and Future-Focused: We see collecting art as a deeply personal act, driven not only by market logic, but by emotion, intuition, and curiosity. Whether you are a first-time buyer, a growing collector, or a foundation, our advisory is built on dialogue, trust, and shared exploration.

We begin with a conversation. Through thoughtful inquiry, we explore your preferences, space, ambitions, and the role you envision for art. From this foundation, we curate tailored selections, drawing on a broad international network of artists, galleries, and partners beyond our gallery program.

Our approach is not trend-driven or transactional. It’s collaborative and considered, grounded in the belief that the most enduring collections grow from personal resonance and cultural depth.

Site-specific Art integrations

Where Art, Architecture & Everyday life meet: Art should not be an afterthought. It should be a part of how a space or project lives, breathes, and tells its story. At PLUS-ONE Projects, we work closely with developers, architects, designers, and institutions to integrate art into both public and private spaces; hotels, hospitality venues, residential buildings, corporate settings, cultural facilities and everything in between.

We begin by understanding the context: the architecture, the community, the energy of the space. From there, we guide the full process, from artist selection and commission to placement and curatorial framing. Every project is site-specific, and every integration is designed to add long-term aesthetic, emotional, and cultural value.

This is where art becomes part of daily life, transforming places and shaping experiences.

Art x Brand Collaborations

Where Culture meets Strategy: At PLUS-ONE Projects, we act as a thoughtful bridge between the business world and the art world. We help brands, agencies, and companies collaborate with artists in ways that are meaningful, relevant, and mutually beneficial.

Art can elevate a brand, not just visually, but conceptually. It can shape how people feel, how they connect, and how they remember. But successful collaborations require more than just aesthetics. They need clear communication, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for the artistic process.

We guide businesses through this process with care and clarity, matching the right artist with the right idea, aligning artistic vision with brand identity, protecting the integrity of both.

We like to collaborate with brands or businesses whose core business lies outside the art world, but use art as a powerful storytelling tool to amplify their message.

Whether it’s a commissioned artwork, an immersive experience, a content-driven campaign or a long-term cultural partnership, we ensure that every collaboration is authentic, inspiring, and built to last.

To better support and professionalise our approach to Art x Brand collaborations, we launched A.P./Studio as a dedicated fully-fledged extension of PLUS-ONE Projects.

A.P./Studio is a team of passionate creatives and curators who use art to create meaningful narratives that resonate beyond traditional communication. We see this expanded field not as an exception, but as core to our practice. It’s where new possibilities are formed, where artists take risks, and where we can play a meaningful role in shaping how art moves through the world.
