Congratulations to Instroom.Art on their Green Michelin Star

We warmly congratulate Instroom.Art and chef Seppe Nobels, Nico Dockx, and Charuwan Pauwels, the inspiring team behind Instroom.Art, on receiving a Green Michelin Star for their work at 't Gasthuis in Mechelen. It is a well-deserved recognition of their commitment to sustainable, inclusive, and ethical gastronomy.

Earlier this year, we had the honor of welcoming Instroom.Art to PLUS-ONE Projects during Antwerp Art Weekend 2025, where they transformed our space into a place of exchange through food, dialogue, and art. Their presence, along with Sandip Patel’s unforgettable Royal Panipuri, was a true celebration of migration as a creative and connecting force, an event enriched by over 100 contributions from artists, curators, and thinkers.

We are proud to support such initiatives.
